Have you ever wanted to compost?  We throw so much away.  What if we had the opportunity to drastically reduce the amount of garbage we create all without changing a single thing, other than where we place our veggie food scraps and egg shells?  Imagine filling half the amount of lawn bags during Autumn after the leaves fall.  Your compost bin can be your new receptacle for ALL your organic food scraps, non animal with the exception of egg shells.  And if you want to use your newly formed compost for the garden, you can absolutely throw some of your yard waste into the mix.  The ratio is up to you, depending on your needs.  I find adding my old coffee grounds to our compost is the perfect delight for our blue berry bushes.

Because our composting receptacles are made from wood, there is no turning of a plastic bin. No wondering how you are going to retrieve the compost you've created without getting filthy. Each slat on the the front of the bin slides out easily, which makes it easy to turn and retrieve.  The base of each compost bin is built with pressure treated wood, to protect from wood rot.
